Ishan has a wealth of knowledge in the field of productivity improvement and leadership development, working across six countries for nearly two decades. He has been part of multi-national companies such as Kellogg's and Campbell Arnotts for over a decade. In his most recent role, he was a member of Kellogg's global team developing its Supply Chain Excellence program. He then went on to deploy this program with the Supply Chain Directors in Asia Pacific.
Known for his diplomacy and ability to work with all levels of staff from shop floor to global vice presidents, he uses his Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt knowledge to implement productivity improvements through strategic initiatives and developing capability of individuals. He enjoys working with people from different parts of the world to understand inherent characteristics of cultures to enhance productivity in a given setting.
Ishan is determined to follow his passion in developing capability in individuals and teams in any business through his new venture "Capability Unlimited". Its mission is to help develop highly capable teams that bring about transformational and sustainable productivity improvements in their organisations, and grow as high performing individuals through that process.
Ishan loves living in Sydney with his wife and two young sons. He started this venture to role model how to live a purposeful life to his children and also to spend more time with his family. He firmly believes that anything is possible, if you put your mind to it!

Ishan has a demonstrated a great expertise on Operational Excellence Programs, leading work systems implementation and improvement. Besides the technical skills, his leadership drive and people oriented soft skills balance the change process required to produce great results through people.
In 2012 CCI invited Ishan to present at our ASPAC TRACC Conference in Beijing, China. At the time he was a leading the Kellogg’s WCO programme in Australia, a global initiative launched by the US cereals giant to implement and systematize world class operations. As a speaker, Ishan impressed with his engaging style and his unbridled passion for building strong systems to accelerate world class competitiveness. Our conference was certainly enhanced by his informative and dynamic presentation, drawing upon his considerable expertise and experience in the field of Lean and Operational Excellence.
Under Ishan’s leadership, I worked on the initial development of Kellogg’s Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence (COE) work system. Ishan led this global, diverse, cross-functional team creating direction and driving alignment in completing this work. Moreover, Ishan was able to anticipate and manage risks encountered during implementation.
